Data Deletion | Manor
Effective 21 July 2026
You can delete your Manor account and associated data inside the app, or submit a request here if you no longer have access to it.
Delete in the app
- Open Account in Manor.
- Choose Delete account and all data.
- Confirm the irreversible action. If required, sign in again with the same Google account.
Manor deletes your expenses, budgets, fixed expenses, transcripts and voice files, then your profile, Google provider data, every session, and that account’s local files, queues, cache, onboarding state, and notifications. The same operation also schedules deletion of the PostHog person identified by the former pseudonymous appUserId and its associated events.
Request deletion without the app
Enter only the exact Google-account email used with Manor. The receipt is the same whether or not an account exists.
Verification and timing
A request never deletes an account automatically. Rida Lamhadri will email the submitted address and require a reply from that same address. We act only after this verification and then use the same deletion path as the in-app action. We target deletion of the Manor account and product, authentication, and local data within seven calendar days. This target does not guarantee completion of asynchronous PostHog erasure.
After completion, the request email is removed. Only minimal non-personal completion status and timestamps remain. No Turnstile token or IP address is stored with the request.
PostHog analytics erasure
Manor’s local, account, product, and authentication deletion does not wait indefinitely for PostHog availability. PostHog person and event erasure happens asynchronously. While it is pending, one limited temporary job may remain so Manor can complete the request with the provider.
This job contains only the former pseudonymous appUserId, normalized provider phase, necessary retry state and count, and timestamps. It retains no email, Google or provider identity, financial content, transcript, recording, raw PostHog response, or personal API key. Safe transient failures are retried.
Manor removes the temporary job only after confirming event deletion and the absence of the PostHog profile. Provider erasure is not immediate, and we do not promise a timing guarantee that PostHog does not provide. PostHog may independently retain some information for security, legal obligations, backups, or already de-identified aggregate purposes where it can no longer be connected to the account.
If you return with the same Google account, Manor creates a new empty account: deleted expenses, budgets, files, and other data do not reappear. Google, Convex, PostHog, or Cloudflare may retain some information under their own terms, security backups, or legal obligations.
